Returns and Refund Policy
Because our gowns are special ordered from designers specifically for each bride, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
We encourage brides to carefully consider their decision before placing an order. Our team is committed to helping you find the perfect gown and ensuring you feel confident in your purchase.
Payment Policy
While you are welcome to pay in full at the time of purchase, we only require a 50% non-refundable deposit to place your gown order. The remaining balance is due when your gown arrives at Driftless Bridal and before it is released to you.

Special Order & Delivery Policy
Wedding gowns are special ordered from our designers. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Driftless Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Gown Storage & Pickup Policy
Once your gown arrives at Driftless Bridal, we will contact you by phone or email to schedule a pickup appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your gown can be released. We ask that gowns be picked up within 30 days of notification unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Sample Gown Condition Policy
Please avoid spray tans, self-tanners, heavy makeup, perfumes, lipstick, and body glitter before your appointment. We want to keep our sample gowns in beautiful condition for all brides.
Photography Policy
Photos and videos are welcome during your appointment. We love helping brides capture special moments as they search for their dream gown.
Alteration Policy
Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. While we are happy to recommend local seamstresses, alterations are a separate agreement between the bride and the alterations provider.
